Shipping policy

Here at Sticker-A-Peel, we know it can be frustrating to select a product, add it to your cart, continue to the checkout page, and then be hit with a shipping total that throws off your budget. To fix that, we offer free UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous United States.  

We also proudly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), and U.S. territories at the full shipping cost calculated at checkout.  

To give you full transparency, here is exactly how our production and delivery windows are calculated:

1. Production & Handling Time

Because every order is custom-printed, laminated, and precision-cut to your exact specifications, please allow 2 to 4 business days for production and processing before your order ships.

Please note: Production time is strictly for manufacturing and packaging, and does not include shipping transit time.

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders received after this time will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Transit Times (After Production)

Once your order leaves our shop, estimated delivery windows are as follows:

Contiguous United States (UPS Ground): 1 to 5 business days (Free)  

Non-Contiguous States & U.S. Territories: 3 to 10 business days (Calculated at checkout)  

3. Total Estimated Delivery Window

Your total wait time is Production Time + Transit Time. Most contiguous U.S. customers can expect their custom stickers to arrive within 3 to 9 business days from the date the order is placed.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged by the carrier, please contact us within 10 days at contact@stickerapeel.com with photographic evidence of the damaged product, so we can fast-track a reprint, refund or credit for you.
