GENERAL STICKER QUESTIONS
What are CLEAR STICKERS printed on?
Our Clear Stickers are printed on American-made, 100% transparent vinyl, that will typically last 5+ years outdoors because it comes with a laminate top coat. We can also print with white ink behind the artwork to make the entire design, or parts of the design opaque. Please designate what area(s) you'd like white in the Comment box on the Cart page if not already separated in the artwork file.
How can CLEAR STICKERS be used?
Clear Stickers can be used indoors or out where you'd like all, or part of the substrate to show through the sticker itself.
What are ECONOMY STICKERS printed on?
Our Economy Stickers are printed on bright–white, American-made vinyl. However, there's no laminate on top, so they're not recommended for long–term, outdoor usage.
How can ECONOMY STICKERS be used?
Our Economy Stickers can be used for shorter–term indoor usage, packaging, or any other application where water or the sun would NOT come into contact with the sticker.
What are your KISS–CUT, PREMIUM and STICKER SHEETS printed on?
Our Premium Stickers, Kiss–Cut Stickers, and Sticker Sheets are printed on bright–white, American–made vinyl. You should expect 5+ years of outdoor usage because it comes with a laminate top coat.
What does FINISH mean?
The finish refers to the sheen of the sticker. There are two finish options available: Gloss and Matte. Gloss is shiny, while the matte finish is dull and makes colors a little less bright.
How well do they actually STICK?
They stick extremely well to most surfaces. If you ever need to remove it, they peel mostly clean. Use rubbing alcohol to clean any remaining adhesive leftover.

What SIZE do I select when ordering?
You should select the size based on the longest height or width of the sticker you'd like.
Is there any way to PROOF my design before going to print?
Every order comes with a free proof delivered by email within 24 hours of placing an order. Our designers will size your design and create the die cut line based on your order. You must approve the proof before it can be sent to print. However, unapproved proofs will be sent to print within three days.
HOW LONG does it take for my sticker order to print?
Once orders are approved, production is between 2-4 days because we print in–house with the latest technology. Delivery estimates are also provided at checkout.
What about SHIPPING, is it really free and how long does it take?
Orders placed within the contiguous USA receive FREE SHIPPING and are delivered within 4 days typically. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), and U.S. territories.

What if there's an ISSUE with my order?
We only offer refunds, reprints or credit if there's an issue such as a misprint, defect or damage to the product due to us.
How do I contact you regarding an ISSUE?
Use our contact page to submit your issue. Once you receive a follow-up email from us, usually within 24-48 hours, please submit photo documentation of the issue, and we will do our best to make things right.
What if I CHANGE MY MIND after ordering?
Once you place an order, we cannot offer any refunds and the order must be completed. Please make sure you're 100% committed to your purchase, and review your artwork before submitting.
Do you DESIGN stickers or other artwork?
Although, we're 100% artists and designers at heart, Sticker-A-Peel is setup to be a print provider, meaning you provide your files, and we provide the stickers.
What if my PACKAGE arrives damaged?
Please reach out to us via email with photographic proof of the damage to the product. We will then offer a reprint, refund or credit – whichever you prefer.
