Refund policy
Sticker-A-Peel strives to be the best in custom sticker printing, and has quality control checks in place to ensure all orders are of the highest standards. We will always do our best to reach a solution to make all parties happy if any issues arise. With that in mind, here's a breakdown of our quality guarantee, return, and refund policies:
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Sticker-A-Peel strives to be best sticker provider available. We have top-of-the-line equipment that undergo routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure that your finished products are of the highest standards.
RETURNS
We don't accept returns unless there's a problem with the product from our end or if the product was damaged by the carrier. This includes printing or production damages, errors, defects, or damage to the product by the carrier. If you suspect that the product you received meets this criteria, please reach out to us within 10 days. Please use our Contact Page to submit a summary of the problem. We will promptly reach out to you, typically within 24-48 hours, and ask for pictures that document the potential issue at hand. Once we receive pictures, we will assess the situation at that point and issue a refund, reprint or credit to the account. No physical return of the damaged product is required. Refunds, reprints or credit are issued based on photographic evidence. We don't charge any restocking fees.
All issues must have photograph(s) that document the product issue in its original and unused state. We cannot offer refunds, reprints or credit due to a user error such as: ordering the wrong product or size, design mistakes, or changing one's mind after an order has been placed. Sticker-A-Peel is not responsible for any design errors approved by the customer during the proofing process. Make sure to review all aspects of the order before submitting. Please note that slight color shifts can happen between the colors of one's monitor and the final printed product due to the limitations of the printing process.
REFUNDS
Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after an issue has been verified. Once the refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the funds in your account.
